The room was modern and clean, we had a

balcony which was spacious. While we loved the breakfast buffet and evening entertainment, the only downside was the dinner buffet price, which felt a bit steep for what was served.

Everything was amazing.

The private beach was excellent and had free sun loungers available, only reserve before heading out! We loved the large green park on-site with trees and seating areas to unwind with drinks.

Kids loved the family room. Wi-Fi was hard to connect to. Friendly staff!

Amazing pools and friendly atmosphere

The hotel had a beautiful Olympic-sized pool that was great for swimming laps, and we loved the vibrant garden settings all around. The breakfast was impressive with a wide selection of delicious foods, including fresh pastries and local dishes. However, the beach area was a bit rocky, so be prepared with beach shoes. Overall, it was a fantastic family-friendly experience.

Despite the appealing beach, accessing loungers proved frustrating. many were reserved for extra fees, while the free options required a reservation process that led to long waits. Rooms felt aged and could use some renovations, as the decor is a bit tired, and amenities like the hairdryers left much to be desired. On top of that, breakfast options lacked variety and didn't feature freshly cooked eggs, which is a common expectation in resorts of this caliber.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and a clean room offering a great sea view. The all-inclusive option was decent, though it could have been more inclusive regarding snacks and premium drinks. Found some staff to be unfriendly, but many were attentive and helpful.

Great family-friendly stay

The family room we stayed in had a spacious balcony with beautiful views of Mount Etna. The hotel’s outdoor areas were beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowers. The private beach offered loungers and umbrellas for a perfect day in the sun. Kids loved the pools and activities like archery and beach volleyball.

The location was perfect for a family getaway, with beautiful gardens and access to a lovely beach. We really enjoyed the huge pool area, especially the Olympic-sized pool, which was fantastic for the kids. Our little dog felt right at home too!

In my wife’s opinion, the kids wished there were more activities available for family fun, especially in the evenings.

The dining scene at Unahotels was a culinary delight! Their buffet breakfast catered to all my cravings, with everything from pastries to fresh fruit. Plus, the poolside snack bar was a great spot to grab a quick bite between swims. I also loved the nearby Ristorante Pizzeria da Margherita—totally authentic! 🌮🍕

Getting a 'free' umbrella on the beach felt like a mad race each morning! And let’s not even start on the late-night parties that crashed my dreams. Lastly, a little trash on the beach put a slight damper on that tropical vibe, even with the price tag for parking those towels.

A hidden gem by the beach

The beach was peaceful and spacious, with soft sand and stunning views of Mt. Etna—it was the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the sunset.

However, the room decor felt dated, and the bathroom plumbing took too long to deliver hot water, impacting our overall comfort during the stay.

Beach equipment fees were frustrating.

My recent stay at Unahotels was highly enjoyable. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness, making me feel valued. The facilities were well-maintained, and the food exceeded my expectations, featuring authentic Italian cuisine. I particularly appreciated the organized events and activities that provided both relaxation and entertainment options, demonstrating a well-rounded hospitality experience.
